Unless you missed your booking without sufficient cancellation notice your deposit will be released by us on the night of your booking.
N.B. It has come to our attention that a handful of consumers have had some delays in the deposit being released. This is normally associated with the bank you use, however, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist.
We appreciate this frustrating for some of our consumers and are researching ways to speed up this process.
